Superstars Beyonce and her husband Jay Z reportedly shut down an entire theme park for their two year old daughter, Blue Ivy 's birthday celebration on Tuesday. A gesture some allegedly think was despicable given the fact that the kid might never remember a thing. The Carters spent the whole day at the Wildlife Park and botanical garden in Miami playing and taking pictures with animals like kangaroos, lemurs, penguins and orangutans. According to TMZ ,  there’s no confirmation of how much the superstars spent because ‘park officials are keeping the cost under wraps’ but there is no doubt that it would cost a fortune to close down the entire park. However, statistics prove that a VIP safari tour per person sum up to $240 , then what more of renting the whole arena? Justin Bieber doesn’t seem to learn. From a graffiti-removal scandal in Australia to facing the cops over a 911 call for nuisance in Calabasas last year, the scandal-stricken star can’t seem to quit getting into trouble. Last night, cops were called by his neighbour at his Calabasas home after he was allegedly seen throwing eggs at his neighbour’s door. The star reportedly launched an all egg assault on his fellow citizen’s home for reason still not known and was still at it when the cops arrived the scene.   After several weeks of discussions and bickering, the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has ordered the Broadcasting Society of Nigeria (BON) and the Independent Broadcasting Society of Nigeria (IBAN) to lift the ban imposed on all Nigerian artistes registered with the Copyrights Society of Nigeria (COSON) and begin airplay of the affected artiste's songs. The ban had been placed early December following the complete fall out between COSON and BON/IBAN over unpaid royalties of Nigerian artistes. COSON had been demanding that BON/IBAN release unpaid royalties of artistes amounting into millions of naira before the latter group got fed up and placed an airplay ban on the COSON artistes. The affected artistes included major acts like 2Face Idibia, D'Banj, Bany W, Onyeka Onwenu, Iyanya, Flavour, Ice Prince, Dr Sid, Olamide, 9ice, M.I, eLDee, Ruggedman, Wizkid, Asa, Waje, Omawumi amongst several others.
